Banks burden millions of citizens every year with credit card fees that have no legal basis, imposing an unfair load on consumers. People are already struggling with high interest rates, transaction fees, and commissions, and these charges only add insult to injury. Where is the sense of fairness from these banks? Do they have the right to exploit so many people?

The laws are clear: Credit card fees should not be arbitrarily charged by banks. According to consumer protection regulations, you are not obligated to pay these fees, and you can reclaim them through legal channels. Yet, despite knowing this, banks continue to impose these charges on perhaps millions of cardholders every year. Furthermore, when you seek reimbursement through consumer arbitration, the process becomes a test of patience for citizens.

It's evident that consumers need to fight for their rights, but why do these violations occur in the first place? Do we, as citizens, have to resort to courts and arbitration every single time? Why don't the authorities provide a more effective solution when it's clear that banks are acting unlawfully? Is it acceptable for citizens to struggle so much to claim their rights while banks keep increasing their profits?

These fees are just another face of the banks’ profit-driven motives. Putting an end to these illegal practices is crucial not only for consumers but also for the well-being of society as a whole. Authorities should no longer remain silent; banks must immediately cease these unlawful actions, and the fees collected should be refunded to the citizens. Additionally, banks that continue to charge these fees must face legal consequences, and deterrent penalties should be enforced. It is clear that banks must not get away with violating the law and reaching into the pockets of the people.
